Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email; simply print it out and securely package your perfume in its original box.

  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

  Receive Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
